Job Description
At Optiply, we don't just sell supply chain software; we deliver intelligence through algorithms. We aren't looking for a traditional Marketeer who "occasionally uses ChatGPT." We are seeking a Native AI Marketeer—someone who understands that modern scale and creativity depend on the symbiosis between human intuition and Generative AI.
Your role is not just to "write posts," but to architect Optiply’s content ecosystem, ensuring our brand is the smartest, fastest, and most agile voice in the SaaS market.

This is what you'll be doing
1. Scalable Product Storytelling
- Bridge the gap between technical features and human impact.
- Design workflows where AI assists in producing short-form videos, guides, and case studies.
- Act as the engine behind our leadership’s digital presence.
- Leverage LLMs to analyze industry trends and suggest high-impact "Thought Leadership" topics for our CEOs, ensuring the final human touch remains authentic and provocative.
- Be our eyes and ears on the ground at major European trade shows.
- Use social listening and AI tools to capture real-time insights during events and instantly transform them into high-conversion content.
- Don’t just "use" AI; build your own prompts and automation stacks (e.g., Make, Zapier, Custom GPTs) to streamline ideation and production.
- Future-proof our brand by optimizing content for AI-Search (Perplexity, SearchGPT, etc.), ensuring Optiply is found wherever the conversation happens.

- A Natural AI Enthusiast: You are an early adopter of the latest models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney) and have already integrated them into your professional workflow.
- Data-Obsessed & Growth-Minded: You don't guess; you test. You are comfortable using analytics to prove content ROI and pivot strategies in real-time.
- A Hybrid Storyteller: You can write brilliant, evocative copy, but you can also explain the system you used to scale it.
- Chaos Coordinator: You thrive in the fast-paced environment of event logistics and tight deadlines.
- Language & Location: Based in Amsterdam, with C2/Native proficiency in both Dutch and English (essential for brand authority in our core markets).
