Job Description
Are you a results-driven sales professional who excels at guiding prospects through the sales process? At Optiply, our Account Executives focus on converting qualified leads into long-term customers. You'll play a key role in showcasing our product, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales journey.
This is what you'll be doing
  • Manage the Sales Process: Take ownership of qualified leads, guiding them from initial interest to contract signature.
  • Conduct Product Demos: Present Optiply’s software in a compelling way, addressing client needs and demonstrating value.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Work closely with prospects to tailor pricing and contract terms, ensuring successful conversions.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Customer Success: Maintain a strong relationship with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handovers and coordinate with the onboarding team for a seamless client transition.
  • Track and Optimize Performance: Utilize CRM tools to log activities, analyze sales data, and continuously refine your approach.
This is who we’re looking for
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from demo to close.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with SDRs, onboarding, and customer success teams.
  • Resilient, proactive, and eager to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
