Job Description
As a Country Sales Leader at Optiply, you will be at the forefront of our international expansion in Ireland/UK, spearheading sales initiatives to drive market penetration and revenue growth in your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales and strategic thinking, you will play a key role in establishing Optiply as the go-to solution for supply chain optimization. With a focus on prospecting, doing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts, you will be responsible for the whole sales process!
This is what you'll be doing
Relationship Building Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and influencers, to foster business growth and brand awareness being responsible for the entire customer cycle from A to Z: from establishing initial contact and negotiating contracts to technical onboarding and customer success.
Strategic Planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Optiply's overall business objectives.
Market Penetration Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish Optiply as the market leader in your assigned country by:
- Proactively reaching out to outbound leads (via LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)
- Providing product demonstrations (both online and on-site)
- Collaborating with sales and marketing team to coordinate inbound and outbound leads
- Sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
